Who we are
CareMemo is a product that restores emotional presence for families separated from loved ones in care. This website is operated by CareMemo. Questions about this policy can be sent to admin@carememo.app.
What we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and the date and time of submission. We do not collect your name, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.
How we use it
We use your email address solely to notify you about CareMemo's launch, product updates, and early-access opportunities. We will never use it to send unrelated promotional email, and we will never sell it to third parties.
How it is stored
Waitlist submissions are processed via Resend, Inc. (USA), which delivers your email address to us as a notification. We store your email address in our own records for the purpose of contacting you at launch. Resend's privacy policy governs the transient processing of your data during delivery.
How long we keep it
We retain your email address until you request deletion or until CareMemo launches and we transition to a proper user account system. At launch, we will give you the choice to create an account or be removed from our records.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@carememo.app and we will respond within 30 days. If you are located in the EU, UK, or Australia, you may also have additional rights under applicable privacy law (GDPR, UK GDPR, or the Australian Privacy Act 1988).
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. As a waitlist-stage product, significant changes are unlikely until we launch. When we do launch, we will publish a full privacy policy covering the app and all its features.
